Study visit to University of Szeged, Hungary, 25 January – 8 February, 2015.

Within the Work Package 2 (Activity 2.3), from 25th January to 8th February 2015, 17 participants attended a 15-day traning program of professional development, organized by P8 (SZTE).

Topics represented in an interactive program for professional development of teachers were: Application of the revised Bloom taxonomy in program development, Teacher handbook as the know-how of the training, Defining learning outcomes, Making links between competences and learning outcomes in practice, Strategic management: Theory and methods of strategy planning, Learning centered educational policy, Implementation of the EdLead: force field analyses, strategic planning, Implementation strategy and development of implementation plans, Principals as pedagogical leaders – application of cooperative teaching methods in education, Leaders’ role and leadership: theories, models, practice and trends.


The trainees had the opportunity to visit
Hansagi Ferenc Vocational School, Arany Janos Primary School, Moravarosi Industrial Vocational and Primary School and Makoi Primary School.
